They sorted out an extra nights stay, hire car on a sunday, told us the best bars and resteraunts to go to and all were good. In then end we stopped visiting tourist information and just asked the desk. Great location too between the two main parts of the city.

The front desk staff and the concierge are very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely furnished, and the amenities excellent including bathrobe and slippers and nice sized bathroom. The hotel is much nicer than it appears on the web site, which is why I was pleasantly surprised.
