Got a very small room initially. No Airconditioning and room temp at 30 Deg Centigrade. No fans also provided.

As far as we could tell, the only thing with which it justifies its rates is the (admittedly impressive) collection of olde-worlde kitsch furnishing its lobby. The hotel appears to be seriously understaffed, with stressed-out employees at times giving us the feeling that we were intruding on private grief. We would advise independent travellers interested in luxury accommodations in Oslo to look elsewhere.

I prefer this hotel in Oslo we were upgrade to a suite. very nice, although tyhere were very much noise from the street saturday/Sunday night
