Location excellent front of house staff very courteous and helpful and pleasant

Ideal location in the city centre, close to the pedestrian shopping centre and within easy reach of the underground. All the hotel staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel ambience was excellent. Food in the restaurant was of top quality.

This hotel is located in the heart of the activities of Vienna. If we return at any time, this is where we will stay. We would enthusiastically recommend this hotel.

Lack of hi speed internet quite frustrating.

Excellent Hotel, excellent staff. We'll book again at the Bristol next time we are in Vienna.

This hotel has two famous restaurants which is great. But it means that room sevice is hugely expensive and in our case also inferior. We had two continental breakfasts servuves in our room on the first morning. The cost was $50.00CDN The buns/croissants were all tasteless.So definately 'not good value' in that way. We also had dinner at one on the hotel's restarants Sirk. It too was expensive and very average. Not a good thing for a hotel in a city -Vienna- with wonderful food everywhere.

Again here the continental brakfast is 22.50 Euro and it's outrageous. Charge individual price for a la carte, or a full buffet breakfast(like they do have)but just don't offer the continental breakfast. People can add up for coffe, croissant and orange juice almost the same amount and feel better that they have done it themselves. I hope that I am making sense.
