THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE HOTEL WAS WELCOMING AND PERSONAL. AFTER A DAY YOU FELT THE STAFF KNEW YOU. THE STAFF WERE FIRST CLASS, ALWAYS FRIENDLY, PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THE POSITION OF THE HOTEL IS VERY CONVENIENT, RIGHT IN THE CENTRE OF THINGS WE LIKED THE BREAKFAST, THE COSY FEELING OF THE BAR IN THE EVENING. WE LIKED THE ROOM- SPACIOUS AND KEPT IMMACULATELY CLEAN. IF WE COME TO LISBON AGAIN WE WOULD NOT CONSIDER ANY OTHER HOTEL - THE BRITANIA IS JUST RIGHT.

Biggest bed I have ever slept in - excellent.

Only complaint air conditioning not working properly for three nights.

It was so enjoyable and they were such a joy. and so helpful! the room was beautiful. The view was great and it was so enjoyable....the air conditioning was a huge bonus!
