WE ONLY STAYED FOR ONE NIGHT BUT WERE SATISFIED, ALHOUGH THERE WERE A COUPLE OF POINTS WE WOULD LIKE TO MENTION. THE ROOM HAD NO WINDOW AND GOT VERY WARM, ALSO THE TOILET SEAT WAS BROKEN AND JUST HANGING ON. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY REASON TO CONTACT THE STAFF, EXCEPT FOR STAFF AT RECEPTION WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL

THE BEST HOTEL I'VE EVER MET

This is the first time I've stayed in this hotel and it really is GREAT. The staff are very acommodating and the place is excellent for me because it is easier to find in the city.

a pleasant stay in Manchester

In generallity our stay was good in your hotel. Breakfast was luxious and the room fits well. Also the bathroom was quite comfortable.
The unpleasant thing was that our room had no windows. It was the first time for us and the first night we put on a light.The other thing was that there were many guests who were visiting the musicfestival during this weekend.
On saterdaynight there was roumour from 01.00 till 05.00 u. People were shouting and banged the doors. That gave us a very unpleasant feeling.
The other nights we didn't hear anything

EXCELLENT LOCATION, BANG IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOPS AND NIGHTLIFE. BEAUTIFUL 3 COURSE SUNDAY LUNCH FOR £5.00. ALL STAFF MORE THAN HELPFUL, BAR PRICES NOT TOO BAD EITHER.
