The hotel failed to live up to the reputation of the Hilton chain. Disappointed to learn that tea or coffee making facilities are not provided as standard but must be requested specifically and then further that tea bags, sugar, etc. are not automatically replenished when the room is serviced. A careless oversight.

The rooms were a little smaller than I had expected, although they did not feel cramped. They were very clean and nice.
