 The Best Western Alpen Resort Hotel Zermatt is a modern first-class resort located in the heart of the traffic-free Zermatt, near the railway and gornergrat station and ski lifts. Most of the comfortable rooms have a view of the famous Matterhorn.

The restaurant features excellent food and a large wine card. Start your day with our complimentary full breakfast. The hotel offer health club, indoor pool, sauna, masseuse, tennis court and game room for your relaxation and enjoyment. Hotel rooms feature a remote-controlled cable television, hairdryer and mini-bar.

ZERMATT IS A CAR FREE VILLAGE RESORT. GUEST WHO DO NOT ARRIVE BY TRAIN, HAVE TO LEAVE THEIR CAR IN TASCH (small village 6km before Zermatt). TASCH HAS GOOD PARKING FACILITIES. FROM TASCH TO ZERMATT GUESTS ARRIVE EITHER BY SHUTTLE TRAIN OR TAXI. OUR PORTIER WILL PICK UP GUESTS FROM THE STATION WITH HIS ELECTRIC CAR FREE OF CHARGE
