The lady at the desk was not very pleasant when we checked in. However, the other check in clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Same with the person in the morning when we were leaving. Other than that, our stay was very nice. One recommendation would be to have breakfast a little earlier on the weekends as we had to get to the airport and missed out on it. It was included in our room rate .
