ZERMATT IS A CAR FREE VILLAGE RESORT. GUEST WHO DO NOT ARRIVE BY TRAIN, HAVE TO LEAVE THEIR CAR IN TASCH (small village 6km before Zermatt). TASCH HAS GOOD PARKING FACILITIES. FROM TASCH TO ZERMATT GUESTS ARRIVE EITHER BY SHUTTLE TRAIN OR TAXI. OUR PORTIER WILL PICK UP GUESTS FROM THE STATION WITH HIS ELECTRIC CAR FREE OF CHARGE

Maid did not change bath towels, just the hand towels. The person who waters the plants on the deck did not knock before unlocking the door to answer. The guests who shared the same deck sat in the chairs and smoked just outside our windows, and made...
