The price was best value for money. Hotel is on a great location, few minutes from the museum and also few minutes from the old city. Everything was perfect. Only the best words for hotel staff and to the manager. Thanx a lot.

Public areas were generally welcoming. The bathroom was clean and well furnished. The room was rather small with an outlook onto the rear of untidy flats. We expected that "exterior" would hav a pleasant view.Coffee making facilities would have been in line with the price of the room.The mimi-bar was locked and the facility was not offered.

It was, therefore, a complete shock to see areas of bare concrete, some with pipes and wires jutting out, in the main reception area - indeed, we initially thought that the hotel could not be open! It was also a shock to find that the restaurant and associated services were unavailable at weekends and on bank holidays - we were there on a Saturday!
