I got everything that met my expectations and I hope to receive similar services when comming back. I intend to come back soon. The location is very good, close to all possibilities : centre of the town, gare Part Dieu, airport or other locations of interest for business or conferences. I wish to underline the high standard of the personnel dedication and capability to overcome any situation. This made my stay very pleasant.

I was obbliged to wait outside in the cold weather several minutes at 11 p.m. before somebody opened the main door. Pillow-case was not changed, although stained
