My stay at this hotel was for 2 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the shops and bars/restruants. The hotel bedroom was a little small, however it was comfortable and clean. The staff were courteous and tried to be helpful.

The hotel is ideally placed for shops, sights and restaurants. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms away from the main road are very quiet. Recommended.

Staff great, hotel had great location, Toulouse great place to visit.

We left booking our stay in Toulouse a little later than intended but this hotel was easy walking distance from the train station, right next to the airport bus stop and metro station and easy walking into the centre of town. Although it's on a main road our room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful with good English.

French balconies that open up to the street are an excellent way of enlarging the room and to provide fresh air.

It was disappointing not to have a kettle & cups in the room. This may not be standard practice in France but it is a convienience welcomed by tired travellers. There was very little hanging space in the wardrobe and it was very difficult to shower without soaking the floor as there was no shower curtain.

The hotel was cool although there was no parking which was a little annoying but it was great otherwise It was gorgeous we felt like we were wanted, great hotel.
