Good standard business accommodation. Just a bit far from the centre for non business users.

My parents were with us in another room and had the same complaints as we did. The hotel was not located near the center of the action of Siena so you definitely need a car to get around. We got in very late to the train station (around 11:30PM) and there were no taxis available to take us to the hotel so we walked with all of our luggage after asking some locals where it was. The room was very institutional like a university dorm room. The biggest complaint was the SMALL shower which was very frustrating and difficult to maneuver in. It didn't have a traditional shower door but a flimsy curtain that allowed water to flood our bathroom. My husband had to stand and hold the curtain so that it wouldn't wrap around my body or ankles.

We requested the hotel staff to make additional reservations for us at another Best Western in Switzerland and they were unable to place the phone call due to a problem with the phones and asked that I try to make it myself, the phone in the room was not operating properly so I was unable to place the call as well. The queen bed we requested was really two twins pushed together and this did not work out very well. We specifically chose this hotel because it offered air conditioning, the air conditioning unit operated so poorly, there was no relief from the heat. Because of this we had to sleep with the windows open, allowing for the noise and light coming into the room all night.

All hotels were below 80 Euros except for this Best Western that was the most expensive. All other hotels provided twice the quality I obtained in this Best Western. I am very disapointed to stay in Best Western
