Arrived early morning, was pleasantly greeted and able to have luggage stored safely while I took the staff's advice and map and set off to explore the shops and Piazza around the Duomo (cathedral). On my return our room was ready. Charming room, hot shower (much needed after lengthy flight and stroll around vicinity) and very comfortable large bed. As a group of 8 we dined well where the hotel suggested. I felt safe at all times though always mindful of my personal items as I walked on my own in the morning before the others arrived. We all slept well and enjoyed a wholesome breakfast before once again storing our luggage so we could explore some more. After lunch we returned to collect our luggage, have a drink and then again walk to the station for our next destination. This time our stay was one of transit but I would willingly return to "Felice Casati" for a few nights to enjoy more of Milan and what it has to offer.

I thought it was very bad.
