We had booked a suite for 3 people and expected a large airy room. We were put into a room on the ground floor that had to be accessed by the back stairs lobby which was for staff only. It was a dark dismal room. The website described it as four single beds. It had twin beds and a sofa bed. I had organised this trip for two friends and was very disappointed with the accommodation, which was overpriced. I had searched the internet and decided on this hotel because it offered a suite.

Nice room. Good windows that open right up for fresh air.
