We arrived late at night (around 11.30pm) and we found the check in to be very slow and unhelpful. We were told our room number, but no information was provided regarding how to get there. We were not informed about any facilities or meal times so consequently we missed breakfast on our second day. Overall, the stay was fine, the room was confortable and we made good use of the facilities. There was hardly any shampoo or shower gell in the room (only enough for one person).
