THe room was clean and neatly presented and the view from our window of the river was beautiful. Dinner in the hotel restaurant outside by the river was a draw to us on 2 out of our 3 night stay. THe staff were very friendly, helpful and more than happy to order us a taxi whenever we required one. If you are wanting to get away from the hussle and bussle of Berlin then i would definitely recommend the Best Western Am Shloss Kopenick.

The river terrace was closed for a private function on 1 evening and there was no one in the restaurant, which reduced its ambience. A cafe/coffee shop might be useful as there are not many restaurants within walking distance.
