Staff was "very" helpful and spoke "English" which was great since we didn't speak German.... Very good breakfast and plenty of it!! Having our car parked in a garage was very helpful since we were able to leave most of luggage locked away. We loved the room and view overlooking the city lights and view of the mountains. Staying here is a must!

For the price might consider free internet access. Also, your internet access is not very business friends. I was not able to use by VPN in your hotel and was not able to contact my smtp server for work of personal email. Should look in to making available those ports/services. The room was fabulous. I really enjoyed everything about it. Even soaked in that nice big tub. Very relaxing after a day of business.

Reviewer: Harry Materne Date of review: 5 August 2006 Recommends this hotel: YES Room Hotel Facilities 5 Bed 5 Ambience 5 Cleanliness 5 Service 5 Room Size 5 Location 5 Amenities 5 Value for Money 5 The staff bent over backwards to make our stay a good one - my wife needed medical care for an infection, and the staff were very helpful directing us to the klinik - we arrived about 9pm and didn't get to the klinik until about 10 (after grabbing a quick bite to eat at a local imbiss) - kudos to the staff for their assistance! We had a lovely room equipped with two fans that really helped move the air around - -Europe was unseasonably warm this summer!
