Air conditioning did not work. Heating in the bath room could not be turned off. TV - CNN channel had no sound.

Great variety of liquor in the bar! You need more electrical outlets for computers and equipment - also easier laptop telephone line access. TV remote needs new batteries. An iron and board would be nice...
