The staff was very helpfull and courteous with every thing we ask for.The location for the city centre was very good and the transport system close by if you wanted to use them. We would stay at the same hotel again if we had another trip to vienna and also recomment it to our friends. The food for breakfast was plenty and very good and the waiting staff was excellent. We also liked the fact that the room was non smoking.

Great value for money. Great location we walked to everything and I understand public transport was very handy also. The breakfast was the best we had on our 6 week tour of Europe. The dining room was delightful - great decor. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
