This means that I cannot tell you very much about the service, facilities, food, etc. When I made the reservation I received confirmation correctly. When we arrived we were welcomed very good by the receptionist. We went to bed and slept until 03:45 hrs. The wake-up service worked well and the arrangement of a taxi at 04:30 hrs also. For the use we needed it was a very good experience and I can surely recommend the hotel to my friends. Kind regards

Excellent assistance with airport logistics (rental car drop-off and shuttle bus service, driving directions and assistance. Very friendly staff. nice water pressure in the shower. Room smelled clean considering it was a smoking room. Elevator service adn size was a bit slow/small, but non unacceptable.

Like shuttle to airport and more breakfast ... Because my flight from the airport was at 7am, I had to leave the hotel earlier than 6am, lost the breakfast because not open, have to get a taxi and did not get any discount for that (especially for the breakfast). I also notice that I was not the only one like that. I think that it should be noted and price discounted accordingly if you cannot benefit from a service that is included with the room but not available.
