Htel is a short (~10 min walk from city center) but very close to the railway station which was ideal for me as I was taking 1 day trips by train to various locations in N. Wales. Hotel is reasonably good value for money. Lobby and dining areas are nicely maintained. The room was clean but decor needs a little attention.

At least they did not start early in the morning but they did work late. Parking arrangements could be better and help on arrival would have been good.

The room was average and not what was expected. The decore was dated and there was a lot of building work taking place that had not been mentioned when i booked the room. This resulted in extra noise, a dusty environment and a basic overall feeling of disapointment. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast area was very pleasent. The bar area was also very nice. The hotel would suit those on business perfectly, but i would not recommend it for leisure or romance.
