Reviewer: lisa fisher Date of review: 6 December 2006 Recommends this hotel: Neutral Room Hotel Facilities 3 Bed 3 Ambience 3 Cleanliness 4 Service 1 Room Size 4 Location 4 Amenities 3 Value for Money 2 on our first night we had dinner in the hotel, which was awful. the food was simple steak and chips and out of the 4 of us only 1 eat there meal. whe i asked for a jug of water to be put on the table with our dinner the waiter told me the hotel nly has one jug, so he poured 4 glasses of water and then filled a pint glass with ice so we could help ourselves to ice. not what i call 4 star. during dinner the champayne buckets were stored behind to our table so when they wanted one i had to pass it over to them over the table.

Staff were 100% attentive, kind and approachable - they made the stay! Room was very modern in decor and bathroom was excelent.
