Duty Manager and his staff were very friendly and ensured a personal service was offered.

Easy walk to city centre and albert dock. Room adequate, gave the restaurant a miss this year, improved lighting encouraged me to walk to nearest restaurant .

Maybe a bit off heavy traffic outside the gates, but you can walk to the city center by the Mersey River instead. Comfortable beds and a clean and tidy room. The restaurant and breakfast room is cozy and have a good menu. It takes about 20 minutes to the city center and on the way, you find very nice shops and interesting museums around Albert Docks. we´ve stayed on the Campanile 4 times now and we can surely recommend it.
