This is most unusual because we normally find in hotels in Europe we pay when we vacate. Frankfurt is a lovely city but we felt our few days were spoilt as the hotel was not really what we expected for a three star. We were very disappointed with the size of the room. The net curtains were dirty, it was extremely noisy although to a certain extent this could not be helped as their were building works being carried out opposite the hotel.

I would expect a little more for breakfast, but was very nice. Because I stayed in a room for 2 people, the room was bigger than I expected. The location of the room was not too good so that the room was a little dark, but over all, I think it was a good room.

The room was small,very hot,no air conditioning,not enough towels and no wash cloths in bath.Very small elevator.
