Hotel is very central and close to the Gare Central and the Grand Place. The downside is that it could be quite noisy - though it was made clear, at check-in that the room we had wat the front of the hotel and that, if we had any problem with the room, we could change.

The pillows were a bit too hard for my taste. Also, there weren't any washcloth in the bathroom (we do get them at all US hotels)
