Within the ring road of Amsterdam, Casa 400 will open its doors in spring 2010. The new 3 star hotel is under construction at this very moment. The hotel will offer 520 comfortable rooms, a restaurant, bar, 13 conference rooms accommodating approximately 800 guests, and an indoor garden.
Casa 400 is centrally located, easy to reach by car or by public transport and it is ideal for business guests as well as tourists. By car, the A10 ring road is within easy reach, only 3 minutes away. Amsterdam Amstel station is a mere 3 minute walk away. Public transport will take the guest to the heart of Amsterdam within 10 minutes. The hotel will also have an underground car park.
Casa 400 offers 520 comfortable rooms. All rooms are equipped with a 2,10m long Auping bed, a spacious worktable, flat screen television with several interactive functions, free use of Wi-Fi, a safe which is wide enough for a laptop, and a refrigerator. All rooms are non smoking rooms.
Casa 400 offers one and two person rooms and at some rooms it is even possible to place a third bed. There are also rooms with a dividing door and there is one room specially for disabled guests.
For dining, Casa 400 will be happy to welcome the guest in Restaurant Circles and Bar Upstairs. Two areas both with their own identity, ambiance and character.
Casa 400 offers 13 modern conference rooms and is able to facilitate 800 guests. Casa 400 is centrally located, easy to reach and has sufficient parking space. Therefore this hotel is the perect place to organize the conferences or other activities, especially those held over more than one day. The meeting rooms have modern and user-friendly equipement.
Pens, noteblock, peppermints and ice water are available in all rooms at no extra cost. At the entrance of Casa 400 the guest will find a large information screen with an overview of all conference rooms and meetings scheduled for each room. Outside of every conference room there will be a screen with the name of the meeting and the company logo. For large conferences it is possible to use the business centre which can be found on the same floor.
