Some very nice touches to the room and hotel giving it an upmarket feel. Unfortunately we had problems in the middle of the night 4am to find ants swarming in our beds and on the floor. staff moved room only next door which did not allay our fears much. We had to be up early to go to the alhambra. The offer of 20% was derisory off the bill ending at 50% Off still not good enough. managment didnt even want to see us! We had to dash off.

Staff were great! Also it was nice to have free internet use, Sherry hour, and a wonderful breakfast! It was one of the best hotels we stayed at regarding comfort and ambience.
