Thought it was closer to Sagrada Famillia than it actually was. Requested one large bed and ended up with two beds pushed together.

Again, this was the result of our having to reschedule our trip due to a hurricane in Houston. We actually had reservations close to the Ramblas, where we wanted to be. The hotel was close to the Sagrada Familia church started by Gaudi, which was good for a visit, but too far from everything else of interest to us as tourists. In addition, the hotel staff was rude and not guest friendly from the very beginning. I do not believe that I had to pay over 100 euros to have staff be ugly, rude, and guest unfriendly. If they do not like their jobs, they should find other employment. The hotel needs an infusion of people oriented employees. Maybe the British tourists were too roudy for them. I sensed a dislike for English speaking tourists.
