Reviewer: Amanda Sloan Date of review: 7 July 2006 Recommends this hotel: Neutral Room Hotel Facilities 3 Bed 5 Ambience 5 Cleanliness 4 Service 5 Room Size 5 Location 4 Amenities 3 Value for Money 3 The hotel was located further from the centre than i expected ,although the staff were very helpful with information on getting around the city etc.The pool did have some insects in it??Could have more staff on reception as was very busy.In general good bar and restuarant -very spacious and clean foyer,toliets etc.Note i found i had departed with the room safe key and have called numerous times to speak with someone on how to return it , but no one has returned my calls and although i settled my bill in cash , there has been money taken too from my credit card , for which i do not know ;again no one has returned my calls in connection with this;very dissapointed as i have called from my home numerous times! The room was very large , which was excellent and the bathroom too -however during my stay , it wasn,t cleaned "properly"/well ie never dusted ,nor the floor vacumed,not enough bins in room , i used bags which were not collected until my 4th day of my stay.Room service menu was very "limited" -perhaps more choice could be included?? Wonderful idea having my own safe though too.From the photographs on the website , it "looks" like their is a "balcony" to sit on , unfortunately there wasn,t.Generally "satisfactory" size and comfort.
