When we checked in only one room had been reserved. Thankfully we had our copy of the Internet booking and there was a room available. This then had to be changed as it was a smoking room. Apart from that, the hotel was great. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, as were the dining room and bar personnel. The hotel is quite a distance from the centre, but a taxi cost us about €25 there and back, cheaper (there were 3 of us) and more convenient than public transport. I would definetely use this hotel again, maybe not for a romantic weekend, but for a visit to the Brussels sites etc. I strongly recommend that you get a very good map or detailed directions for the hotel and anywhere else in Brussels as the signage is virtually non existent.
