The staff were helpful. The laptop in the room was an excellent addition. The hotel was perhaps a little bit away from the main parts of Florence but it was a good brisk 20min walk which in the end is good for us. Good hotel, great price and good service.

Otherwise, the hotel was fine and there are plenty of sights to see nearby.
