Good sized room for a city hotel, bed very comfy. There was a mix up with my booking but it was easily sorted and to my satisfaction. I would stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were wonderful, very helpful, recommended some great local restaurants, and were a great help to us finding our way around. While the room was small, it was spotlessly clean and we never heard any noise either from the street or from our surroundings. Re location, it is a stones-throw from Armani et al.

The cleaners were very courteous, the barman, when I had a cup of tea one evening, was very pleasant. However, one female receptioinist I did not find to be in any way polite. I was surprised that 10% VAT was added to my bill at reception, yet I did not notice this ewhen I paid at the bar. 25 Euro was Particularly expensive for breakfast. I found a nearby cafe which was most pleasant. Dinner menu did not vary!

My wife recommends, without high heels... The Tuscany Restaurant accross the street is a must... great food, great service and although a bit on the pricy side... worth every mouthful...so overall... we would definitely stay at the hotel again...
