The room was great. The only suggestion I sould make is the addition of a mini-bar.

The staff was helpful, particularly one young lady (from South America, I believe). The breakfast was adequate, but I've had plenty better in 3-star hotels. The rug and floor definitely made my slippers dirty so I was glad I had them. The maid service forgot to leave clean towels one day. However, the bedsheets and towels (when provided) were clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. The shower stall was the smallest that I've ever encountered anywhere -- I could barely raise my arms to wash myself. The room met my minimum requirements, but no more. I would say that it was the poorest of any 3-star accommodations I've had throughout Europe (including Paris, Madrid and Barcelona, for metropolitan comparisons).
