Great location, beautiful decor, dog friendly.....nicest time in the past 20 visits to Venice!

Continental breakfast is available and is quite well laid out. Cleanliness and client happiness seem to be top of the agenda of staff at this hotel. The only drawback I would mention is the lack of tea / coffee making facilities in the room. I would have no problem recommending this hotel.
