I wasn't asked if everything had been ok and nobody asked me if I needed help with my luggage. The hotel is in an excellent location for Chester itself, North Wales, The Wirral and the M56. I have stayed at this hotel many times and really like it, and got my favourite room this time too. I did not have food there but it is usually pretty good.
