Friendly and helpful. Very accomodating when I had to change my plans at the last moment.

Location on very busy business street which was very noisy. People were very friendly and helpful. Best breakfast in Italy. Lovely furniture.

As a direct result of this we missed our prebooked train to Rome, and missed out on seeing the Catacombs. This marked our stay in Naples.
