Press one then listen for the electric "click" indicating that the small entry door is unlocked. Step through (watch your head!) and enter a small courtyard. Go up the stairs in front of you to the 1st floor (remember in Italy, our first floor is the "ground floor" and our second floor is their 1st floor) where the lobby is located. This is a traditional Italian hotel. If you're looking for local charm, you'll find it here. I was in a European single which is traditionally quite small -- which is what I expected.
