Could anything be done to the entrance to make it more welcoming. There is quite a nice garden to the rear at the left. It is luck that took us there to see it - it was not advertised as being there. The dining room is very dark and the bar is not very inviting. The bed was too springy and tended to dip in the centre.

Bathroom radiator leaked, hot water tap dripped,water not very hot,could hear noise from traffic,soundproofing needs upgrading.
