Everything was very good at the hotel, particularly the size of the apartment, although on arrival, although we were late (after midnight), and we used the telephone service to gain entry, there was no key in the box in the hall. This necessitated a call again to the call centre and we were told that we would have to wait for someone to come out and let us into our room. We waited for over an hour. There was no apology then, and no apology from reception the following day (nor any explanation). Other than this everything else was exemplary.
