Comment on Hotel :
Was there for a book launch and conference and the staff were brilliant- courteous, helpful, very nice and welcoming. Hotel, as usual, was extremely comfortable- lovely extras, bathroom, excellent room service, and fantastic location. Can't say enough positive things about this hotel- I've stayed there many times and it never fails to impress. Five stars!
