DIDN'T GET WHAT WE PAID FOR Reviewer: gabriel vaughan Date of review: 16 October 2007 Recommends this hotel: Neutral Recommended for: Leisure Room Hotel Facilities 3 Bed 1 Ambience 4 Cleanliness 5 Service 3 Room Size 4 Location 4 Amenities 3 Value for Money 3 AS YOU CAN SEE FROM HOTEL STAY DETAILS ABOVE I BOOKED TWO TWIN BEDS , WHEN WE ARRIVED AT RECEPTION WE WERE TOLD THE ROOM HAD 1 DOUBLE BED BUT WOULD BE CHANGE FOR US AS ALL THEIR ROOMS WERE DESIGNED TO CHANGE EASILY THIS WAS ALSO CONFIRMED BY A MEMBER OF STAFF WHO CAME TO OUR ROOM TO LET US KNOW THAT HE WOULD HAVE IT CHANGED WHEN WE RETURNED TO ROOM LATER BUT WHEN WE RETURNED LATER NOTHING WAS DONE ,SO WE DONE IT OURSELFS & WHEN WE WENT TO MINI BAR IT WAS EMTY SO AS YOU CAN SEE WE DID NOT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR

We booked an executive room for something different but all we got extra was a grubby old sofa. Not worth the money!!
