All 10 "Suites" at the hotel are big enough for 3/4 people, with lounge and bedroom. The "Presidential Suite" and the "Colonna Suite" deserve a special attention due to their location on the top floor. The "Presidential Suite" includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, a terrace with Jacuzzi and a breathtaking view onto Olbia.

With direct access from the lobby and a separate entrance from the street, the restaurant is furnished with elegance; it offers the typical Sardinian cuisine and Italian dishes. The meeting rooms with a capacity from 20 to 80 people, are mainly situated on the first floor. The "Sala Colonna" has a capacity of maximum 80 seats, the lounge, secretarial office with fax, computer and dedicated telephone lines, screen and audio/visual projection system.
