We found the staff very friendly and helpful and the ambience of the hotel was pleasant. We would certainly return.

This hotel is near St. Markle Sq. Staffs are extremely friendly.Hotel room are so clean so good. Reception staff were a bit curt, but possibly not sure of speaking English, but answered questions politely when asked. Our room was nice and clean, and we would stay at the Venice Diana again if we returned to Venice and would recommend it to friends and family

Loved it! Will definitely stay here on my next visits.

Fantastic location very near to St Mark's Square. Friendly welcoming atmosphere and all in all great value for money. Breakfast was nice too! :) Very clean, medium sized room-perfect for a couple. The bed was comfortable enough but could've done with an extra pillow each side. All facilities in good working order and mini-bar prices very reasonable.
