Lift to upper levels. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was cozy and clean. Hotel was in a concenient location. Breakfast was great! Would stay again.

The tariff is extremely high for guests from other countries whose currencies take a beating when converted into Swiss Francs. Pleasant balcony with excellent view over Lake Geneva. Quite a lot of noise from frequently passing trains.

But, the evening meal was very good and good value for money.

There is no air condition inside the room and its window can't fully open. I can't imagine how people stay there during hot summer days!

Very noisy. Heavy goods trains going past every 15 minutes all night. Air conditioning very noisy.
