There was pubic hair all over the bathroom, on the desk and on the telephone. I did not even wash in the bathroom, I only used the toilet. After paying 60.00 for the room, I had to shower when I returned to Birmingham as there was no way that I was using anything in that bathroom. After complaining to the Receptionist, she didn't even ask if I wanted to raise the issue with the manager. The whole expereince was awful. I wouldn't even recommend the hotel to a dog.

I was very satisfied, however more shelves or hangers in the bathroom I would appreciate.
