I found the staff very professional and helpful and its nice to be welcomed in this friendly way in a strange city. From the moment we arrived we felt at home there. The breakfast was first rate and the restaurant in the evening had a great menu and good value for money with superb views of the city at night. As we found out after a day or two the location of thus hotel could not be better for city centre pursuits or access to the many sight seeing oportunities this fantastic city offers. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location very good, only few minutes from two Underground lines. Beautiful panoramic views from nicely priced restaurant on 9th floor. Bathroom a bit old, but clean and with window. Big wardrobe. Negatives: Few sockets in the room, bad ergonomics for working on laptop. I was given a smokers' room (I wasn't asked about my preference), the room actually stank of smoke. No hot water in the evening!!!

Good clean conditions, good breakfast. Bathroom very small but clean. Men on the hotel reception need to smile and look as if they are interested in you. They are just doing their job and no more. Would recommend this hotel for any budget stay.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location,within two hundred yards,there is a bus route to the airport (cost 1.30euros real value for money),and a metro station.It is a short walk to Lisbon's numerous bars and restaurants.Taxi fares from this hotel to key tourist spots were very reasonably priced. In all it was excellent value.

We were offered twin beds in two rooms which we declined. We were then given 3 x double beds. They were not queen size and the manager was ignorant and did not listen to our complaints.
