The staff were very helpful and professional. The food was excellent and I have recommended this hotel to all my friends. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The room was excellent.

The room was compact but well laid out. Light and airy with plenty of windows nto open.

Quite honestly I think that they had overbooked the Hotel. They booked us into another hotel for one night and promised us a room for the following two nights. The hotel that they booked us into was called the Splendid. I would rate the Splendid a lot higher than the Concordia. Room was comfortable but dated. It had a roof terrace overlooking St Marks square which was lovely. No tea/coffee making facilities.

Overlooking St. Marks square and basicila. The room was much larger than most we had stayed in while in Italy. Very comfortable and plush with ammenities.
