Comment on Hotel :
There was a mistake when I arrived, I was listed as having 2 people in the room. I didn't realize this, but as soon as it became apparent upon check-in it should have been fixed. I was told that it couldn't have been fixed because (a) I booked over the internet and (b) because I was a late arrival. This should have been fixed and I should not have been charged for 2 persons for the first night (it was fixed for the 2nd and 3rd nights).
Comment on Hotel Room :
It would have been appreciated to have a small water pot to make tea or decaf coffee and an iron. I appreciated very much that the window opened and that there was a bath tub and free internet access. A cable should be available in the room or for loan, but given that wasn't the case, it was good that you sell them. I appreciated very much the return of the money wallet I left in the room - since it wasn't mine. Thank you.
