The underground car park with lift was very appreciated, The hotel reception was unfortunately not manned adequately or when attended, staff were disinterested in the hotel operations and appeared to be minding the shop. The room was great with a balcony view of the mountain however there were no basic necessities provided such as toilet requisites, shampoo etc. Also no tea making facilities. WiFi internet access was only available in the lounge for some strange reason?

Breakfast was largely cold but nice. Proximity to Interlaken West train station was great. Excellent food served Chinese restuarant, Lucky Ming which is only 5 mins walk from the hotel in the direction of Coop supermarket and post office.

I looked up this hotel for the reviews and found that it suited my needs for "only one night". After reading the reviews one couple highly recommended room 312, so upon making my reservation I specifically requested that room (312). The earlier review couldn't have been more right!! The room was spacious (on European standards) and clean, the balcony looking out onto the river and the mountains was an awesome place to relax and take in the sights. The bathroom was very nice and the bed was sufficient. The hotel staff was very welcoming and I was in the elevator on my way to my room 2 minutes after walking through the front door. The car park under the hotel was very convienent. My only dislike was the breakfast the next morning, it was horrible! Don't waste your time on the breakfast. All in all, I would definitely stay there again...but probably for "oly one night"

Nice views and clean large rooms. The breakfast is good though you are not given enough plates! Staff is friendly and they even let us park our vehicle in the hotel car park for a whole day after checking out.

The main reason for choosing the hotel was for our trip to the Jungfrau region, so the loaction was very ideal for us. The train station was 2 minutes walk and all local amenities were within 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. The view outside the room was excellent. We would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Interlaken. Ayush & Sajada London

We were welcomed by a smiling staff even at 1am (in the midnight). Everything were kept ready when we landed at the hotel. Things were kept at exceptionally neat condition. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. Breakfast menu can be made better. Last but not the least, hotel is located at excellent location few yards from train station, excellent view of Jungfrau and Lake Thun from balcony, What else you expect for a gr8 holiday. We had requested a room with river/mountain view & we were very pleased with our small balcony with a superb view of the Jungfrau Mountain. Knowing that Swiss trains always leave on time it was very convenient to be able to leave the Hotel just 5 minutes before the scheduled train departure times to the nearby Jungfrau region. The trains are so quiet that noise was not a problem at all! Breakfast was very good & plentiful. Staff were friendly but not pushy & in spite of losing a hotel key on the train we were not charged for a replacement! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a very convenient stay to visit the cenral Bernese Oberland with many good value restaurants within walking distance.
